Sirius Computer Solutions Receives Private Equity Investment from Kelso & Company; Thoma Bravo Exits

sirius-logoSirius Computer Solutions, Inc., a San Antonio, TX-based national IT solutions integrator, received a private equity investment from Kelso & Company.

Kelso will acquire the equity interest in Sirius from Thoma Bravo and Harvey Najim, the company’s founder. As part of this change in ownership, Mr Najim will be retiring as Chairman and will continue to support charitable organizations throughout the San Antonio area through the Harvey E. Najim Family Foundation.

The transaction, whose amount was not disclosed,  is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2015 and is subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
