International Medical Group, Inc., an Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A.-based provider of solutions for the global insurance and assistance services market, has been acquired by ABRY Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Following it, IMG’s operations will not be impacted by the ownership change.
The company intends to use the proceeds to further expand its global presence.
