Vertic, a Copenhagen, New York, Seattle, and Singapore-based digital agency, received an equity investment from Voluntas, an Investment Management & Advisory Firm focused on innovative investment opportunities with a positive social impact.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. As part of the investment, Morten Albaek, Managing Partner of Voluntas, will take a place on the Vertic board of directors and help advise on global client expansion.
The investment will enable Vertic to scale their intellectual property and grow in the coming years.
Founded in 2002 and led by Sebastian Jespersen, CEO, Vertic creates digital solutions for Fortune 500 clients like Microsoft, GE, GSK and SAP to build their brands, and generate business results via an interdisciplinary approach, combining strategy, storytelling, creativity and interactive design.
