Preventice Solutions, a Minneapolis, MN-based provider of mobile, tablet and cloud-based health monitoring technologies, received an equity investment from Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX).
Boston Scientific will also become the exclusive worldwide sales and marketing representative for cardiology-related diagnostic and monitoring offerings.
Led by Jon Otterstatter, President and Chief Global Strategy Officer, co CEO, and John Untereker, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, co CEO, Preventice Solutions is a developer of mobile health monitoring technologies and services that connect patients and caregivers.
Its portfolio includes PatientCare Platform and the BodyGuardian® range of products i.e. BodyGuardian® Heart, BodyGuardian® Verité and BodyGuardian® Holter.
