Intelex Technologies Inc., a Toronto, CA-based provider of Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Quality management software solutions, secured $CAD160m in funding.
The round was led by JMI Equity, with participation from HarbourVest.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate current growth initiatives.
Founded in 1992 and led by President and CEO Mark Jaine, Intelex provides Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Quality management software to more than 1,000 clients.
Its web-based platform and applications allows clients across industries including food & beverage, healthcare, oil & gas and automotive, to name a few, to improve business performance, mitigate organization-wide risk, and ensure sustained compliance with internationally accepted standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) and regulatory requirements.
This firm employs over 350 staff in its Toronto office.
