Ennova, a Turin, Italy-based provider of digital solutions for the “smart market”, received a minority investment from Orizzonte SGR.
The ICT fund managed by Orizzonte acquired a 33% stake in the company for an undisclosed amount.
The company intends to use the proceeds to grow in Italy and internationally organically and via acquisitions.
Founded in 2010 within the Turin-based incubator I3P and led by Fiorenzo Codognotto, President, Ennova specializes in providing TLC companies, finance and multiutility with digital solutions for the Smart Care, Smart Security, Smart Home, Smart City markets. In particular, it offers digital caring, mobile channel, IoT, device life cycle management and next generation support solutions via 400 professionals.
The company had a turnover of over €20m in 2014.
