TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, completed a growth equity investment in CCRM, a Lone Tree, Colorado-based provider network of fertility treatment services.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In conjunction with it, Jennifer M. Mulloy, a Managing Director at TA Associates, and Ethan K. Liebermann, a Senior Vice President at TA Associates, will join CCRM’s Board of Directors
The company intends to use the proceeds to broaden its network of fertility laboratories.
Founded by Dr. William Schoolcraft and led by Jon Pardew, President and Chief Executive Officer, CCRM operates a network of fertility clinics providing a wide variety of treatments from basic infertility care to advanced in vitro fertilization (IVF). The company has locations in Colorado, California, Minnesota, Texas and Toronto, Canada.
The CCRM network includes the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine, considered one of the nation’s premier fertility centers.
