castAR (previously known as Technical Illusions), a Mountain View, CA-based augmented reality gaming startup, closed an over $15m Series A funding.
The round was led by Playground Global with participation from seed investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue product development efforts. To this end, it plans to hire engineering, business, and design talent as it works towards a 2016 commercial launch.
