Zo Rooms, a New Delhi, India-based online budget hotel chain brand, raised a Series A funding round.
The round, reportedly amounting to $15m, was led by Tiger Global with participation from Orios Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance technology and increase its marketing efforts.
Founded by Paavan Nanda, Siddharth Janghu, Chetan Chauhan, Abhishek Bhutra, Akhil Malik, and Tarun Tiwari, Zo Rooms is a low-budget hotel chain which enables users to book geo-localized rooms through a mobile app.
Hotels are available in Delhi, Noida, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Jaipur and Jodhpur.
