Private equity and venture capital advisory firm SCAS Inc. announced that its Managing Partner, Samir Chreim, will join Boston, MA-based Egnyt as CEO to launch a technology incubator in two countries.
The incubators, in Beirut, Lebanon, and Cambridge, MA, will be funded by SCAS and managed by Chreim.
Beyond seed-stage funding, graduating startups stand to benefit from SCAS services in getting early-stage funding and private equity.
SCAS is a private equity advisory firm that helps allows SMEs and startups to refine their ideas, create business plans and execute go-to-market strategies.
