Job Market Maker Secures $1M in Seed Funding

JMM_logoJob Market Maker, a Charleston, S.C.-based provider of talent acquisition software, secured an additional $1m in second seed funding.

The investors were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate its growth and customer adoption.

Led by Joseph Hanna, CEO, JMM provides a software-as-a-service-based platform that mediates all phases of the talent acquisition and development process. Combining features from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), Applicant Assessment Tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), the product forms a marketplace for employers, candidates, and training providers to collaborate on filling jobs.
The platform has already received traction in the market. Launched in January 2015, the software has been used by more than 30 companies.
