.406 Ventures Closes Third Fund at $217M

406_ventures.406 Ventures, a Boston, MA-based venture capital firm, closed its third fund at $217m.

Led by Maria Cirino and Liam Donohue, Co-Founders and Managing Partners, .406 Ventures leads, or co-leads, first institutional investment rounds in market-changing Enterprise IT companies, has ~$600M under management.

In addition to the close, .406 Ventures also added Payal Agrawal Divakaran as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Payal was at Harvard Business School (HBS), where she co-founded a company called SpotRocket for job-seeking students to discover high potential startups. She previously worked in Corporate Development at Eventbrite.
Prior to HBS, she was an Associate at Spectrum Equity, a technology growth equity investor in Boston with $5.7B under management. She sourced and executed deals in the software, information services, data/analytics, cybersecurity, and Internet segments. Payal started her career in technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan in NYC.
