Indix, a cloud-based Product Intelligence company that provides analytics and insights for brands, retailers and commerce enablers, raised $15m in funding.
Backers included Nokia Growth Partners, Nexus Venture Partners and Avalon Ventures.
The company will use the funds to grow its team of data scientists and engineers as well as expand its sales and marketing efforts.
Led by Sanjay Parthasarathy, founder and CEO, Indix provides the Indix Product Intelligence platform which gives brands, retailers and commerce enablers access to insights, machine learning algorithms and product information, including price, assortment, channel and other attributes for nearly one billion products.
The company, which had previously raised $15m in funding from Nexus Venture Partners and Avalon Ventures, as well as several industry angel investors.
