Boxful, a Hong Kong-based valet storage startup, closed $6.6m in Series A funding.
Backers included Eagle, Arocrest Capital, Tinghsin Group, Lonsdale Capital, Soundwill Holdings, Vega Properties, Carlton Holdings and Asian family offices and business executives.
The company, which had raised US$1.5 million raised in December 2014, will use the funds to further accelerate growth and broaden its platform.
Launched in January 2015, Boxful is a logistics and technology startup providing valet storage services for as little as HK$29 a month, with free door-to-door delivery and pick-up. Customers can store their belongings in the company’s climate-controlled facilities, and manage them through a mobile and web platform.
