Signpost, a New York, NY-based automated CRM for business-to-consumer (B2C) businesses, closed a $20.5m equity financing.
The round was led by Toronto-based Georgian Partners along with Spark Capital, OpenView Venture Partners, Scout Ventures and the Launch Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to continue building the technology as well as grow mid-market, agency and partner sales channels.
Led by Stuart Wall, CEO, Signpost automatically tracks every email, call, credit card transaction and social media interaction between a business and one of their customers. Its automated marketing engine then leverages this CRM data to send email and SMS messages to increase customers and drive repeat business.
The company has offices in Austin and Denver.
