Signal360, a New York, NY-based provider of a proximity marketing platform, secured an additional round of funding.
The round, of undisclosed amount, was led by Capstar Partners and includes matching capital from long time investor Raptor Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations across multiple verticals.
Led by Alex Bell, CEO and Founder, Signal360 offers a complete proximity platform including hardware, integrated content creation, CRM connection, targeting, and business analytics to allow clients in the sports, retail and hospitality vertical to identify customers and their behaviour. Its proprietary beacons reach smartphones and tablets using patented inaudible audio technology combined with Apple certified iBeacon capabilities for iOS and Bluetooth Low Energy capabilities for Android.
Signal360 also has sales offices in Austin, Charlotte and Seattle.
