SessionM, a Boston, MA-based provider of loyalty and engagement solutions, closed a $12M funding round.
The round was led by Causeway Media Partners, with participation from NTT Docomo Capital, Commerce Ventures and existing investors Highland Capital Partners, Charles River Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
The company intends to use the funds to roll out its new enterprise solutions and execute on major multi-year deals.
Led by CEO and co-founder Lars Albright, SessionM provides a cloud-based consumer loyalty and engagement platform that integrates loyalty marketing technology with ad serving and data management capabilities to drive personalized consumer relationships through the mobile device.
The company has offices across the country.
