The round was led by Verdane Capital VIII.
The funds will be used for product development, marketing support, recruitments and growth on the global market for Product Information Management (PIM).
Founded in 2007 and led by Roland Persson, Chairman, Niclas Mollin, CEO, inRiver provides multi-channel commerce professionals with tools to build product content, storytelling and marketing in all channels.
Customers include Office Depot, BMW, Volvo and Fujifilm, among others.

[Chicago, Ill., May 21st, 2015.] Leading enterprise software company inRiver has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Verdane Capital VIII for continued expansion on the fast growing Product Information Management market.
inRiver has closed a $10m Series A financing led by Verdane Capital VIII. The funds will be used for product development, marketing support, recruitments and continued growth on the expansive global market for Product Information Management (PIM).
