MoneyStream Raises $3.2M in Series A Funding

moneystreamMoneyStream, a Los Gatos, California-based personal finance service, raised $3.2m in Series A funding.

The round was led by H&R Block with participation from angel investors including Bruno Bowden and Kim Polese.

Founded in 2012 and led by Mike Bertrand, CEO, MoneyStream provides a personal finance service that enables consumers to see how much money they will have each day for the year ahead.
After users connect the bank account, credit card and biller accounts, MoneyStream uses proprietary predictive algorithms to automatically scan transactions to detect and predict upcoming bills and income. lt organizes information and displays it in a streamlined graphical calendar, with alerts to monitor anything unusual, allowing them to see both past and projected future cash flows.

The service is free.
