Freestyle Capital, a Silicon Valley-based seed stage fund focused on Internet software startups, closed its third fund.
Freestyle Fund III reportedly raised $60m.
In addition to the announcement, serial entrepreneur Jenny Lefcourt joined the firm as a partner.
Co-founded in 2009 by Josh Felser and Dave Samuel and based in Mill Valley, CA, Freestyle has invested in many startups including 9GAG, AdStage.io, Aviate, CardPool, ByLiner, Clarity, SnappyTV, Crowdflower, Guardly, Cluster, Clypd, Recurly, Piqora, UXPin, and others.
