Unilend, a Paris, France-based crowdlending platform, raised €8m in funding.
Backers included Ventech, 360 Capital Partners and BPI France.
The company intends to use the funds to grow in France and ecpand into other European countries.
Launched in November 2013 by Nicolas Lesur, Unilend operates a sector agnostic platform that allows SMEs to borrow from a community of credit institutions.
To date, it has provided a total of €9.1m to 115 companies.
The company has recently partnered with Groupama Banque which committed €100m for the next four years.
