RedOwl Analytics, a NYC-based security analytics company, closed a strategic investment from Blackstone.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to accelerate the development of its insider-risk detection platform, IP loss detection capabilities and expand its global go-to-market activities.
Led by Guy Filippelli, CEO, and Brian White, COO, RedOwl provides a software platform, Reveal, which fuses communications, digital, financial, and physical data for modern enterprises to look for changes, patterns and anomalies in behavior and tackle both compliance and security challenges.
Reveal anticipates future activity and reports, rather than alerts, thus providing end user answers and identifying risk inside an organization.
