The round was led by Matrix Partners with participation from True Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Greenspring Global Partners and Vayner/RSE.
Led by Matt Straz, founder and CEO, Namely provides a platform that allows fast-growing small- and mid-sized companies to manage all of their HR and payroll needs. It is also licensed to offer medical, dental and ancillary benefits across the country.
The company’s software is used in 20 countries by over 200 clients with over 30,000 employees.
Namely has raised $27.7m in nine months, and a total of $32.8m.
