MarketMeSuite, a Cambridge, MA-based social media marketing platform, has been acquired by LocalVox, the cloud-based local social and mobile online marketing platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, MarketMeSuite will be known as “SocialCast” (starting on March 18, 2015) while the MarketMeSuite Page will be relocated to LocalVox.
Led by Tammy Kahn Fennell, CEO, MarketMeSuite allows businesses to find and geo-locate prospects & customers & engage across social networks.
It has 40,000+ customers.
LocalVox is owned by TBC Holdings, the parent company of The Berry Company.
