IdentityMind Global, a Palo Alto, CA-based risk management platform for e-Commerce and regulatory compliance, closed a round of financing.
The round was led by Lakewood & Company, with participation from Mozido, SBT Capital, Cybernaut, and Benhamou Global Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and international operations.
Led by Garrett Gafke, CEO and President, IdentityMind Global provides online merchants, acquiring banks, payment processors, gateways, payment service providers (PSP/ISO/MSP), digital currency exchanges, and financial institutions (banks, money service businesses (MSBs), money transmitters) wth a platform to manage their global risk and comply with regulatory guidance for anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud prevention.
