Digital Magics, the Milan, Italy-based certified incubator of digital startups and scaleups listed on the AIM market of the Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM), has teamed up with venture capital firm Quadrivio Capital Sgr to co-invest in innovative startups.
Under the terms of the parnership, Digital Magics will select startups, research projects, patents and digital innovations that offer content and services with high technological value and high growth potential.
Quadrivio may decide, case-by-case, whether to co-invest in the initiatives proposed by Digital Magics during their growth phase. As part of the agreement, the two firms will also work to develop synergies and partnerships between the startups and scaleups in their portfolios, with the goal of creating a network of relationship.
Quadrivio will also enter the Digital Magics Angel Network, the network of industrial and financial investors participating in deals along with the venture incubator.
