Box (NYSE: BOX), the enterprise software platform for content collaboration, acquired Airpost, a Toronto, CA-based provider of a security and enablement platform for cloud-based applications.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by Navid Nathoo, co-founder and CEO, and Alam Karim, co-founder and CTO, Airpost built solutions for IT managers to have the visibility and confidence to securely adopt and deploy cloud applications into their organization. At Box, the team will continue to build products at a larger scale.
The company already closed operations.
