Black Dragon Capital, LLC, a growth-oriented venture fund, acquired Enterworks, a Sterling, Virginia-based provider of solutions to transform a company’s product information into content for multi-channel sales.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company now aims to expand its market presence while continuing to meet customers’ needs in new and innovative ways.
Led by Warren Jones, President, Enterworks provides software to acquire, manage and transform a company’s product information (associated images and videos, brands and other marketing assets) into content that drives sales and competitive strengths through e-commerce Web, mobile and print channels.
Customers include distributors and wholesalers in business products, electronics, medical supplies, HVAC/R products, hard lines and other industries.
