Subito.it, a Milan, Italy-based digital platform that automates trades of used items, acquired Dotadv, a Rome, Italy-based ad tech startup.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Founded in 2012 by Fausto Preste, Lorenzo Marzullo, Davide Fiorentini, Arrigo Benedetti Ciampi, Dotadv provides an advertising platform that allows SMEs to automate the buy and sales process of online ad spots in a few clicks.
Publishers on the platform include Citynews (MilanoToday, RomaToday, NapoliToday), Gruppo Monrif (QN, Il Resto del Carlino, La Nazione, Il Giorno), Fanpage.it and Subito.it.
It was incubated within Digital Magics (DM).
Created in 2007, Subito.it is part of Norwegian Schibsted Media Group.
