CloudMargin, a London, UK-based collateral management company, received a vc investment from llluminate Financial Management.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for growth and client adoption.
Launched in 2013 by Andy Davies, CEO, CloudMargin provides a cloud-based collateral and risk management technology platform. Originally backed by a group of senior financial market executives the company developed the to cater specifically to buy-side and non-bank institutions such as corporates, hedge funds, insurers, pension funds, asset managers, etc.
