Shapr, a New York and Paris, France-based provider of a professional networking platform, raised $3m in seed funding.
Backers included Frédéric Mazzella, founder and CEO of BlaBlaCar.
Co-founded by Ludovic Huraux, CEO, and Zane Groshelle, Shapr has just launched a professional networking platform for users to build connections, find job opportunities and source talent.
The app, which is free for iOS and Android, allows users to select the people close to them and offer daily introductions to new people to meet from one’s extended network. Users receive up to 5 potential matches each day.
