Endeavour Capital, a West Coast private equity firm, closed its latest fund at $775m.
Endeavour Capital Fund VII will focus on investing in lower middle market companies across the western US in the food and consumer, transportation and logistics, healthcare and business services industries.
Led by Stephen Babson and John von Schlegell, managing directors, the firm currently has in portfolio New Seasons Market (including New Leaf Community Markets), Bristol Farms, Metropolitan Market, Lazy Acres, Port Logistics Group, Pro Karma, Inc. and ZoomCare, Inc.
Including Fund VII, Endeavour has approximately $2 billion in capital under management.
It has offices in Seattle, Portland, Denver and Los Angeles.
