OneLogin Raises $25M in Series C Funding

OneLogin LogoOneLogin, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of cloud-based identity and access management solutions, raised $25m in Series C funding.

The round was led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from CRV and The Social+Capital Partnership. In conjunction with the funding, Rory O’Driscoll, partner at Scale Venture Partners, will join OneLogin’s board.

The company, which has now raised a total of $44m, intends to use the funds to accelerate research and development, sales, channel, marketing and support efforts.

Launched in 2010 by Thomas Pedersen, Co-founder and CEO, OneLogin provides a cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solution, which enables enterprises to secure every application, user and device. It features secure single sign-on, mobile identity, multi-factor authentication, and integration with common directory infrastructures such as Active Directory and LDAP. OneLogin is SAML-enabled and pre-integrated with thousands of applications commonly used by enterprises including Microsoft Office 365, BMC Remedyforce, Box, Egnyte, EMC Syncplicity, Google Apps, Oracle CRM On-Demand, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, WebEx, Workday, ServiceNow and Zendesk.

The company is now working with more than 1,000 companies from nearly every major industry, including healthcare, financial services, high tech and retail, with users in more than 100 countries worldwide.
