MyCareer, a Iselin, NJ-based predictive analytics platform that provides a “resume on demand” solution to recruiters and talent acquisition firms, secured an undisclosed amount of seed funding.
The round was led by Karlani Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and increase sales and marketing efforts.
Led by Taj Haslani, Co-Founder and CEO, MyCareer leverages a predictive analytics platform to provide a “resume on demand” solution to recruiters and talent acquisition firms. Through the patent-pending technology, recruiters will be able to upload resumes in exchange for credits, or purchase credits, which are then used to source new, relevant resumes while simultaneously adding to an exponentially growing database of resumes. Through the platform, posting jobs is free while employers or recruiters only pay for access to candidates they are interested in.
