Equal Earth, a San Diego, CA-based diversified renewable energy company, completed a new round of corporate equity financing.
The round was oversubscribed to and includes participation from a prominent group of angel investors and entrepreneurs.
Some of the proceeds have been used to fund acquisitions that have recently closed while the remaining capital will be used for acquisition of companies and projects that support its long-term strategy.
