Cendana Capital, a San Francisco-based firm making investments in seed venture capital funds, closed a new $50m investment venhicle.
Cendana Capital II LP has already made five investments including:
Forerunner Ventures,
Lerer Hippeau Ventures,
MHS Capital,
PivotNorth Capital and
SoftTech VC
allocating $5m to $10m to each.
According to the WSJ, the firm also raised a $17m direct investment fund to back startups in the portfolios of its venture funds.
