Readify, a Melbourne, Australia-based software development company, completed a $7m funding round.
The company used a portion of the round to invest into a strategic partnership with Sydney-based brand and user experience (UX) design agency Folk and intends to use the funds to expand nationally via further M&A activity.
Readify and Folk have worked together since 2008, providing back and front end development on projects with many government departments, the Australian Rugby Union, Barnardos and Cancer Institute New South Wales.
Led by managing director Graeme Strange, Readify provides customers with solutions to develop software projects that solve business problems. Its services include Microsoft’s products such as Office 365 and SharePoint and targeted customizations tailored to the specific business needs.
