Mesh Networks, a Houston, Texas-based company that specializes in bandwidth management and optimization, secured $4.3m in funding.
Backers included existing and new private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth both in the United States and abroad.
Led by Martin Scheid, CEO and President, Mesh Networks provides broadband enterprise providers/administrators, residential and business markets with bandwidth management and optimization products.
