Exhilway Plans IPO at US $2.5 Billion Valuation

Exhilway Asia Ventures, the emerging markets private equity fund and the investment advisory arm of Exhilway Global has announced plans to go public on the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York.

The IPO is slated for the launch early next year.

The firm will soon file documents with the SEC confirming to their plan of action and proposed equity dilution and share pricing. It will be issuing shares at a valuation of US $2.5 billion, majorly to the pre-identified private equity funds and other investment companies at a 6% discount to the market price.

Exhilway Asia Ventures operates in Singapore, India and China focusing mainly on advising the emerging companies to raise funds from the global limited partners.
The company posted a net loss of US $6.5 million last year, is debt free and has internally financed its business operations since inception.
