Black Tie Ventures, a Quebec City, Canada-based video game developer of targeted social casino games for the Facebook, iOS and Android platforms, closed its 3rd round of financing.
Unnamed angels made the investmemt.
Led by David Weiser, Co-Founder and CEO, Black Tie Ventures develops highly targeted social casino games for niche online and mobile social game markets. It is now advancing Pink Martini Casino, a social gaming project created for women social casino players.
The company, which also said it has commitments for 25% of the total investment it is raising in its 4th round, intends to use the funds to launch its flagship product, Pink Martini Casino, as planned in Q1 2015.
