Waynaut, a Milan, Italy-based provider of a multimodal transportation data platform, raised venture capital from Programma 101 (P101).
The amount of the round was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and grow the business in Italy and Internationlly.
Led by Simone Lini, CEO and Founder, Waynaut provides a platform that allows every website or app to show their users the best way to get where they need, by combining the “traditional” means of transport such as bus, metro or taxi with the most “innovative” ones, like carpooling, ridesharing or carsharing.
The service, which acquires data from any type of format, is available via an API or a widget.
The company was proviously known as Youmove.me and raised a €50k pre-seed round of funding.
