iModules Software, a Leawood, Kansas-based provider of Constituent Engagement Management software for educational institutions, has been acquired by private equity firm Leeds Equity Partners, LLC.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for continued growth.
Founded in 2002 by Executive Chairman Tom Palmer and also led by President Fred Weiss, iModules Software provides an online Constituent Engagement Management software for educational institutions. Its suite of modules includes web content management, marketing communications, online giving, event management, ecommerce, and social media integration features.
The company serves more than 800 clients.
