Insightpool, a Atlanta, GA-based audience cultivation and conversion platform, raised $4m in Series A funding.
The round was led by TDF Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank with participation from Peter Knight, Steve Chamberlain, Chris Walters and Steve Koonin.
The company intends to use the funds to go mobile and release a second version of its platform.
Founded in 2012 and led by Devon Wijesinghe, Chief Executive Officer, Insightpool provides an analytics and social media campaign platform for companies to identify and connect with their target audience online. The solution, which leverages proprietary predictive analytics technology and demographic data to identify and activate brand advocates to optimize network effects and real ROI conversion, is used by big brands including Coca-Cola, The Home Depot and Warner Brothers.
