Infocomm Investments Invests in Startupbootcamp FinTech

Infocomm Investments, a Singaporean venture capital firm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, has launched in London, extending its US$200m fund to European tech startups.

With its new presence in London, the firm is looking to partner with accelerators to grow its network within the UK and Europe, and to co-invest with other venture capitalists in tech startups.

The fund’s first strategic investment in Europe is in FinTech accelerator Startupbootcamp FinTech, which is based in London. With partners including Lloyds Banking Group, MasterCard, Rabobank, SBT Venture Capital, arvato Financial Services, Route 66 Ventures and Intesa Sanpaolo,  and a global pool of over 750 mentors who provide coaching and connections to customers, partners and investors, Startupbootcamp FinTech aims to play an integral role in building a pipeline of innovative and scalable FinTech startups in Singapore. Infocomm Investments will also offer Asian market-centric mentoring for London-based tech startups under Startupbootcamp FinTech’s portfolio.

Infocomm Investments’ European operations will be led by Zach Tan, Director, London Office.
