Comply365, a Beloit, WI-based software company offering a full suite of enterprise mobility solutions for airlines and other industries, secured $12m in funding.
The round was led by Drive Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate additional product initiatives.
Founded in 2007 by Kerry Frank, CEO, Comply365 provides a cloud-based content distribution platform featuring mobile applications, business automation, and real-time reporting to allow companies to access and act on the content, communications, tasks, and training employees need each day.
The company has just launched ProChat, a communications tool which allows employees of companies working in regulated industries, such as aviation, healthcare, transportation and energy, to initiate a session and invite the appropriate resources from any web browser or mobile device. Built for regulated industries, such as aviation, healthcare, transportation and energy, it integrates with Samsung’s wearable technology.
