Telogis, Inc., a Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based provider of software products and services designed for companies with mobile workers, vehicles and other mobile assets, received an equity investment from Fontinalis Partners, LLC.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Founded in 2001 and led by David Cozzens, chief executive officer, Telogis provides SaaS solutions, mobile applications and professional services for companies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Since 2011, the company has been the exclusive technology provider for Ford Motor Company, powering its factory-installed Ford Crew Chief telematics solution.
It has offices in Europe and Latin America as well as development centers in Austin, Texas; Toronto; and Christchurch, New Zealand and its products and services are used and distributed in more than 100 countries worldwide.
