Symphony Commerce, a San Francisco, CA-based commerce company, closed a $21.5m Series B funding round.
The round was led by CRV, with participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures and FirstMark Capital. As part of this transaction, Devdutt Yellurkar, CRV partner and former CEO of Yantra, joined Symphony’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to scale engineering and sales teams.
Led by Harish Abbott, CEO, and Henry Kim, President, Symphony delivers a commerce as a service platform for brands to handle critical wholesale and retail business functions including web/mobile storefront, marketing, fulfillment and logistics.
