Remind Closes $40M Series C Financing

Remind-logoRemind (formerly Remind101), a San Francisco, CA-based mobile communication product for teachers, students and parents, closed a $40m Series C financing.

The round was led by existing investor Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) with additional participation from The Social+Capital Partnership and First Round Capital.

The company, which has raised $59m in total, intends to use the funds to expand its product internationally, grow its product and engineering teams, and scale its community and support teams (read here).

Led by Brett Kopf, CEO, and David Kopf, VP of Growth, Remind provides a messaging solution for teachers to extend their classrooms and connect with students and parents across all grade levels and institution types.
