MemberSuite, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of association management software, raised $3.5m in Series A funding.
According to Atlanta Business Chronicle, backers included Fidelis Capital Partners and Bonaventure Capital.
The company, which plans to raise an additional $1m in venture debt next month, intends to use the funds to for product development and sales efforts.
