Zofari, a San Francisco, CA-based recommendation tool for places, has been acquired by Yahoo! (YHOO).

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Led by President Nate Weinstein and CTO Jason Kobilka, Zofari provides an app that enables users to create “place stations” based on their favorite restaurants, cafes, and neighborhoods.
They didn’t disclose what they will do at Yahoo!
The iOS, Android and web apps will remain active.
